1 MILLION PODCAST DOWNLOADS FOR YOUR DREAM LIFE!

Well that's a number I find quite hard to comprehend!?

I noticed recently that the Your Dream Life Podcast I created a few years ago in the hope of inspiring a few thousand people has sky-rocketed to over 1 million downloads by fellow dreamers and people looking for inspiration in over 170 countries.

Oh my!! How exciting!

And there's a lesson for everyone in this... Just Start.

Yep. When I first had the idea of creating a podcast, self-doubt led me to initially find every reason under the sun why it wouldn't work.

'My english is a second language and I won't make sense'.

'As a creative my thoughts are often scattered and I won't be any good at interviewing people'.

'I don't know where to start with equipment and hosting and editing'...

On and on the list went, before I took my own advice. 'Just start KK!'.

So that's what I did.

My then 10 year old son helped me find how to set-up and have podcasts hosted and helped me buy the right recording equipment. A friend helped me find an editor. I practiced. And practiced. I made a list of guests. And then I just started.

And if I can do it, you can do anything too.

It's really nice to stop and reflect on the journey to 1 million downloads. The 100 wonderful humans I've had the pleasure to interview - and the thousands of stories I've heard from people whose lives have been positively impacted by listening in.

Imagine if I had have let self-doubt stop me?

I'm so happy and so grateful to have the opportunity and privilege of sharing meaningful and fun content with so many people across the world. And it's simply amazing to see hundreds of reviews and a 4.8 avge.

And the Dream Life movement is just getting started.
