One of the key topics we discussed - which I can never emphasise enough - is the importance of dreaming big (...whatever big means for you), even if you're unsure how to make them happen.

It really resonated with people - as it always does.

Dreaming needs to come first. From the heart. Unconstrained. Big enough so that at first you feel unsure whether you can even say them out loud(!)

And the plan for making them happen - which needs more from your head than your heart - comes later...
