It started with my 11 year old daughter Tiffany one night wishing me 'happy thoughts' on saying goodnight to me, with a beautiful big smile!
And it's since become a family tradition and what we say to each other every night before bed. It's amazing the joy-full power of those two simple words when used together! Instant happiness.
