Shipping costs?
Standard Shipping within Australia is free for orders over A$55 (calculated on the value of the products ordered - excluding shipping and gst/tax).
For orders below A$55 the shipping fee is calculated automatically in the shopping cart for you, based on the size and type of product, your location and where it ships from. It's quite a complex process to ensure we get the best rates for you - and we apologise we're not able to make it simpler for you before you put a product in your cart.
Shipping costs for Journals, Diaries, Notebooks & Calendars are:
- A$10 for standard shipping
- A$15 Express Post
- A$20 for International Standard
Shipping costs for Greeting Cards are:
- A$3 for standard shipping for Aust/NZ
Standard Shipping for international orders (outside of Australia) is free for orders over A$200.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out.
- Note: Greeting Cards, Journals, Diaries, Notebooks & Calendars will ship faster -> within 0 to 3 business days
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- Australia: 2–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with high quality on-demand production and fulfilment companies with facilities worldwide, and do our best to ship from the closest facility to your delivery address (for lowest enviro impact and lowest cost for you).
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at info@thedreamlifestore.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?
We work with high quality print-on-demand suppliers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed/manufactured and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently for you.
How do I track my order?
