Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or faulty/damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@thedreamlifestore.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

What's your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges - our products are custom made on-demand, often personalised and we don't hold inventory or have a warehouse - so if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@thedreamlifestore.com

I received a wrong, faulty or damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or was wrong. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@thedreamlifestore.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product clearly showing any issue, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour? 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges if you change your mind. If you’re unsure which size/colour/product you want, take your time and choose carefully.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you asap.

Issuing of refunds

We'll notify you of the approval status of your request. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
