Write it down in a journal as if it’s already happened. This step gives you a vivid destination to move toward.

Set Intentions and Simple Goals

Big dreams can feel overwhelming without clear steps.

Start by breaking them down. For instance, if you want to get healthier, commit to drinking more water daily or taking short walks.

Small, consistent actions lead to big changes over time.

Create a weekly ritual of goal-setting and end-of-week reflections. Remember, it’s about progress, not perfection.
