Just the nudge you need?
Sometimes we all just need a little nudge to do what we know we want to do anyway...
Mindful in May is the world’s largest annual, online mindfulness & fundraising campaign. Registration is open now - and I'm really excited to be partnering with it's founder Dr Elise Bialylew (a two time guest on my Dream Life podcast... she's amazing!).
It's a one-month online program of daily 10 minute meditations, supported by our Dream Life community.
No matter how much or how little experience you have with meditation, joining Mindful in May together is going to be amazing.
As part of the program you'll be given access to exclusive in-depth interviews with world leaders in the field of meditation and wellbeing, who each share their latest scientifically-backed, cutting-edge insights to help you flourish.
...and so far the initiative has raised over $1,020,000 USD to transform the lives of more than 31,843 people through the gift of clean, safe drinking water.

The idea is to help us all build a simple and sustainable meditation practice in just one month – that will bring benefits for a lifetime, raising money for clean water projects as well.
