#111: THINK, EAT, MOVE, THRIVE. A WONDERFUL CONVERSATION WITH DR JAMES ROUSE

I loved chatting with Dr James Rouse for this episode – and I think you’ll love having a front row seat on our conversation.

I’ve known James for years and enjoy every chance I’ve had to catchup with him around the world over the years. We’re both big optimists and both of us want to change the world for the better.

As a child growing up ‘without much light’ he dreamed about a life that would have him belonging to something bigger, rather than just trying to fit in.

I love how he talks about ‘belonging’ being a super-power of the future and the insights he gives on growing up in a challenging situation and making the most of it as he grew and found his own way in life are wonderful.

Dr. James is a highly authentic, energized, and purpose-driven leader - a naturopathic doctor, entrepreneur, athlete, husband, father and author.

In fact, in my personal growth / book club GROW we’re reading and learning this month from his book Think Eat Move Thrive. A fantastic book to help us all feel better and find lifelong wellness.

Dr. James has personal, clinical and professional understanding of what it takes to create and sustain a life we love and dream of and his enthusiasm for helping us all realize our potential is contagious.
