Hi there and welcome back to another episode!  

Today I’m so inspired. I ticked off another little step towards one of my top dreams this year - which is to be the best Mum I can be.

Doesn’t it just feel so good to make intentional progress towards our dreams?!

I share more about that in this episode, but the focus of the episode is on the power of doing something daily. Even if it’s laughably small. It’s the concept of ‘streaking’ I’ve been talking about lately – and I’m finding it powerful.

In a nutshell, it’s not talent that leads us to achieve our dreams. The key thing is consistent daily action – and I’ve discovered a way to make that just a little easier.

If you’ve got a dream that seems impossible or out of reach, just start a streak and work 5 minutes on that dream every single day. I promise you; you’ll end up making it happen. 

In March we’ll be reading, discussing and squeezing the learnings out of the book Streaking by Jeffery & Jami downs in GROW – my book club. Actually, we won’t just read, we’ll all choose a streak and then inspire, support and keep each other accountable for making it happen.
