One important element of my own morning ritual is meditation.  It's had a profound impact on how I live my life. 

I know that a lot of people struggle to start or keep their meditation practise, so I invited expert Nicho Plowman onto this weeks episode to talk us through: how to get started; how to keep going; the benefits of meditation; and so much more.

Nicho is the co-founder of the very popular Insight Timer meditation app that has over 23 million active users - and is a Vedic Meditation teacher.
