Hello & welcome to another episode!

As you know, I love my morning ritual – which I change from season to season or quarter to quarter as I see fit.

Having a morning ritual has been a significant thing for me – giving me daily inspiration and energy – and I urge you all to work on your own. It’s a brilliant way to start your days. Having a well thought through ritual – rather than a routine you’ve just fallen into.

Enjoy this episode where I’ll share the three things I feel you should consider doing every morning. And keep in mind, your morning ritual is yours. Find what works for you and tweak it over time.

To help you, I’ve just recorded a Create Your Dream Morning Ritual video workshop where I take you through a simple process that culminates in you having your own dream morning ritual ready to go. It’s a fast track for you if you want to jump into it – and is something you can go back to again and again whenever you feel the need.

And I’m about to launch a brilliant Morning Ritual Journal which will guide and help you as you develop and refine your own morning ritual over time. Buy it here…

As always, I’d LOVE to hear what resonates with you from this episode – and what you plan to implement after listening in. So please share and let’s keep the conversation going in the Dream Life Podcast Facebook group here.

And while you’re energised, I’m going to ask you a favour to rate and give us a review for this podcast. I would SO appreciate it, as it helps us reach more people just like you that are interested in creating their dream life. Thank you.

Have a wonderful weekend …and Dream Big!
