#195 - THE AMAZING POWER OF PUTTING YOUR DREAMS ON PAPER, with Kristina

Dreams have such power to pull us forward - and they've been the driving force behind millions of significant achievements in human history.

In my own experience, every significant achievement started with a dream. First I imagined it, then I made it happen.

But, in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we often overlook the importance of dreaming and more importantly, of giving our dreams the attention they deserve by the simple act of writing them down on paper.

Of course research and experience show that people who write their dreams on paper are significantly more likely to achieve them than those who don’t.

When you write your dreams on paper you acknowledge their importance. They become real. A physical manifestation on paper which we then subconsciously start taking actions to pursue.

In a recent Quiz we asked people if they'd written their dreams on paper. The results were fascinating…

78% of nearly 1,000 people surveyed, couldn't answer 'Yes'.
