Hello, and welcome back to another episode of our podcast.

It's February already, and I hope you've enjoyed the school holidays as much as I have, spending time with family. However, it's also a time to refocus as we return to our routines.

I'm excited about making this year outstanding. I have significant dreams to pursue, so it's time to get moving. My free January workshops are designed to kickstart your year. These workshops are inspiring, hearing everyone's dreams is truly motivating.

This week's workshop focused on aligning our habits with our dreams and goals, two topics I deeply care about. Today, I'll discuss the Dream Life Formula, a concept I've developed over 30 years of studying personal growth. This formula encapsulates all I've learned and believe is necessary to create your dream life.

Let's delve into the Dream Life Formula.

Firstly, clear dreams are essential. They should always precede goals. Dreaming opens you up to new possibilities and leads to a life that truly reflects who you are. Remember, everything you see started as a dream. Once you have dreams, focus on the ones you want to pursue first. Clarity in your desires is crucial for achievement.

Secondly, knowing and living your values is incredibly important. My life became simpler once I understood my values. They guide my decisions and help me know what to embrace or decline. For instance, I never feel guilty about investing time and money in personal growth and health, as they align with my values. Make sure your yearly and quarterly plans reflect your values.

Thirdly, follow your passions. Having started two businesses and living my dream life, I know the importance of passion. It makes life enjoyable and helps you persevere through challenges. Even when some tasks are less enjoyable, knowing they contribute to a greater passion makes them bearable.

Fourthly, living your purpose is about aligning your actions, choices, and life path with what truly matters to you. It involves pursuing activities that excite and fulfill you, making a positive impact, and staying true to yourself. Living your purpose brings a deep sense of fulfillment.

Fifthly, believing in your abilities is crucial. Self-doubt is common, especially when pursuing new dreams. Believing in yourself before achieving your goals is essential. In the Dream Life coaching program, we support this belief, as anything is possible with dedication.

Sixth, right daily habits are a game changer. They significantly impact whether you achieve your dreams and goals. In February, we focus on habits and wellbeing in our coaching program. Evaluate your habits and adopt those that bring you closer to your dreams.

Seventh, take regular action towards your dreams and goals. Consistent small steps lead to significant achievements. Embrace the motto: action beats inaction.

Eighth, showing up consistently is key to progress. In my coaching program, those who regularly participate see the most improvement. Consistency, even when it's challenging, is crucial for success.

Ninth, a supportive community is vital. Surround yourself with people who inspire and motivate you towards your health and dream life goals. The Dream Life community is a testament to the power of a supportive network.

Lastly, accountability matters. In my life, my accountability group is crucial. We have incorporated this into our coaching program because sharing your goals with others increases the likelihood of accomplishing them.

In summary, the Dream Life Formula is my guide to creating the life you dream of. I hope these insights are helpful as you work towards your own dream life.
