TRANSCRIPT:

Hi there and welcome back to another Monday Morning Motivation episode.

Our focus today is on a quote that resonates deeply with the journey of personal growth and self-improvement. It's a quote that I believe has the power to transform your life if you truly embrace it. And the quote is: "Visualize your highest self and start showing up as her."

Let's break this down and explore how you can implement this quote in your own life. First, let's talk about what it means to visualize your highest self. Your higher self is the best version of you, the person you aspire to be, embodying all the qualities you admire and the dreams and goals you dream of achieving.

It's you, but without the limitations and doubts that often hold you back. So how do we do this? Here are some tips:

Tip number one: Define your highest self. Take some time to clearly define who your highest self is. Grab a journal and a pen and write down specific attributes, habits, and achievements that your highest self embodies. Is she confident, healthy, successful in her career, calm, focused? Detail everything from her daily routine to her mindset. Once you have this version, it's time to bring her to life. Visualization is a powerful tool because it activates the same neural pathways in your brain as if you were actually experiencing those things. Close your eyes and imagine yourself living as your highest self. Picture it vividly – the way she moves, talks, and interacts with others. Feel the emotions she feels: pride, joy, confidence, whatever that is for you.

Tip number two: Start with small steps. Start incorporating small actions into your daily life that align with your highest self. If your highest self is fit and healthy, maybe start with a 10-minute workout each day or make healthier food choices. If she's confident, practice speaking up more in meetings or social gatherings. These small steps will gradually build momentum and transform your habits.

Tip number three: Align your environment. Your environment plays a crucial role in shaping who you are. Surround yourself with things and people that support your vision. Create a workspace that inspires creativity and productivity, and spend time with people who uplift you and encourage your growth. Declutter your living space to reflect the clarity and order you want in your mind.

Tip number four: Practice self-compassion. Remember, becoming your highest self is a journey, not a destination. There will be days when you fall short of your ideal. It's important to practice self-compassion and not let setbacks derail your progress. Always think progress, not perfection. Acknowledge the effort you are putting in and celebrate all the small wins along the way.

Tip number five: Reflect and adjust. Reflect on your progress and adjust your actions as needed. Ask yourself if the steps you're taking are bringing you closer to your higher self. Be flexible and willing to adapt your strategies. This reflection not only keeps you on track but also deepens your understanding of yourself.

Finally, tip number six: Embrace the power of affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that can help you overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. Write down affirmations that resonate with your highest self and repeat them daily. Statements like "I am confident and capable" or "I am worthy of achieving my dreams" can reprogram your subconscious mind to align with your highest self.

To wrap up, remember that visualizing your higher self is not just about dreaming but about taking actionable steps every day to embody that vision. Start showing up as her, even in the smallest way, and watch how your life begins to transform. I hope you are inspired and ready to step into your higher self this week.

If you want to go deeper and create more of a personal brand, please join me in August in the Dream Life Coaching Program. I'm so excited about this topic because if we become the highest version of ourselves and start showing up as that person, and then build our passions and our purpose, we really can live a dream life. It's so inspiring. And I've got a really amazing superstar speaker, Nicole Hetherly, who's been on my podcast. So if you haven't listened to that, make sure you do. It’s all about branding you. I just cannot wait to focus on that in August. I feel this is a topic that is relevant for absolutely everyone.

So if you want to join, just go to dreamgirlstudshere.com. I'll link to it as well. If you enjoyed this episode, please share it with someone who might need a little bit of motivation today. And don't forget to subscribe. And please, if you haven't yet, I would love a review and a rating as it helps us reach more people.

Thank you so much in advance for doing that. Until next time, keep dreaming, keep growing, and keep showing up as the incredible person you are meant to be. And remember, visualize your highest self and start showing up as her. And guess what? Start today. I'll see you next Friday.
