[00:00:02] Kristina: Hi there, and welcome to a fresh new week and a fresh new episode of Monday Morning.
Motivation. I'm Kristina Karlsson and I am so thrilled to start this day and this brand new week with you. Today's episode is inspired by a quote that stopped me to really take this quote in, and it actually made me rethink how I do things.
It's by the ever inspiring Gabrielle Bernstein at, and it goes like this. Act as if what you intend to manifest is already yours. Make space for it. Expect it let go. How it'll happen by Gabrielle Bernstein. I'm gonna say it again. Act as if what you intend to manifest is already yours.
Make space for it. [00:01:00] Expect it. And then let go of how it will happen. Let's take a moment to breed that in. This month inside our Dream Life coaching program, our theme is manifesting your dream life. And this quote, truly captures the essence on what that is all about. So today I want to guide you through what it really means to live in this way, and how you can start this very week with the energy of someone who.
Who already has their dream life? Even if it's still unfolding. So here's step number one, act as if it's already yours. This does not mean faking it. It's all about aligning your thoughts, feeling, and actions with the version of who is already living that dream. So here are some questions to ask yourself.
How will you [00:02:00] actually feel when you're living your dream life or making some of your dreams come true? And how would you act? And what decisions would I make from that place of already having it? This isn't about waiting, it's about being, Try starting your day with a journaling prompt. Like, if I had already manifested my dream, how would I show up today? We often say we want new things, new habits, new relationships, new experiences, new dreams, but we haven't made a space in our lives to receive them. What physical, mental or emotional clutter Do you need to clear out? Is it a drawer full of stuff that you never use? is it a limiting belief you have been carrying for far too long? Making space is an act of trust. It's saying, I believe something [00:03:00] beautiful is coming and I'm ready for it.
The next step is expect it. Expectation is powerful. When you expect something good, your energy changes. You notice more opportunities. You take more action, and you stay open to surprises from the universe. Try saying to yourself, this or something even better, is already on its way to me.
Write that down, say it out loud, feel the energy shift. And then the next step is to let go of the how. This one can be really, really hard, especially for us planners, me included. But when we get too attached to how things are meant to unfold, we often block the magic. And I know this very, very well because I manifested my dream to move to Sydney this year.
It took [00:04:00] me so long and the way it unfold, I could never, ever have imagined. So instead, stay focused on what? So let go of the how and instead stay focused on what and your why, and allow the how to be handled in ways you can't waste. Predict the right people, resources, and timing will come. Trust the process today. Take 10 quiet minutes and journal your answers to this. What do I desire to manifest right now
if I already had it, how would I feel and act today? Where can I make space for this to come in and how can I release control and trust the journey?
