I’m so excited to share this quite personal episode with you - taking us back to when I was 22 — a little lost, close to broke, and unsure where life was heading.Ā 

I was living in a new country, when a 3am moment of restlessness sparked something inside me. With a little nudge from my partner Paul, I wrote down a simple list of dreams.

Nothing fancy — just heartfelt intentions like wanting a career I loved, a way to stay connected to my family in Sweden, and enough money to live and call back home.

That small act of writing those dreams down changed everything. It was the beginning of what became kikki.K, and now Dream Life.

In this episode, I’m sharing how that moment turned into what I call my dream life, and how you can begin manifesting yours — no matter where you’re starting from.

Hi and welcome. I’m so excited to share today’s episode with you — because it’s something personal, and something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately.

The title really says it all: How I Manifested My Dream Life — and How You Can Too.

And trust me, if I can do it, so can you.

Let’s go back in time. I was 22, living in a new country, feeling very lost. I had no money, no clear direction, and no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I remember lying awake one night at 3am, feeling completely lost.

I woke up my partner Paul, who encouraged me to write down what was important to me at the time.

That night, I scribbled down what became my first Dream Life List. It included a few simple things:

– A career I would love driving to every Monday morning
– A connection to my family back in Sweden
– A business of my own
– And $500 a week so I could live and call home regularly

That list? That was the spark. It ignited the dream that eventually became kikki.K, and now Dream Life.

That’s how it all started — just a pen, some paper, and a few heartfelt dreams. And honestly, the hardest part is starting. So many people don’t begin because they don’t know how. But you don’t need to know. I’ve done this many times, and it still excites me every single time.

The Power of Pen and Paper

There’s real magic in writing your dreams down.

It brings clarity. It transforms a thought into something tangible — something real. And this isn’t just me saying it. Research shows that people who write down their goals are 42% more likely to achieve them than those who don’t.

That’s why I always encourage you to write things down. Carry a journal. When you write your dreams down, something shifts. Suddenly, the impossible feels a little more possible.

Tips to Manifest YOUR Dream Life

So how can you do this?

Here are three simple steps I use — and that I want you to try this month:

  1. Start with your heart.
    Ask yourself: ā€œWhat would I do if I knew I couldn’t fail?ā€ Let go of logic. Let your heart lead. Dream big.

  2. Write it down — in detail.
    Use a journal. Write as if it’s already happening. Something like, ā€œI’m waking up in my dream home, starting my day with calm, clarity and coffeeā€¦ā€

  3. Take small, daily steps.
    Big dreams come to life through consistent small wins. What’s one thing you can do today? Maybe it’s 10 minutes of research. Booking a class. Talking to a mentor. Don’t underestimate those tiny steps — they create momentum.

And always remember, your dream life doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.

For some, it’s starting a business.
For others, it’s spending more time with family.
For many, it’s peace, health, freedom, joy, or adventure.

What matters is that it’s your dream. You get to define success. You get to create a life you love.
