Welcome to a brand new week—and a fresh new chance to take one small step closer to your dream life.

Today, I want to kick things off with one of my all-time favourite quotes from none other than Albert Einstein, who said:

"Your imagination is your preview of life’s coming attractions."

Isn’t that just delicious to think about? I love the idea that our imagination isn’t just random daydreaming. It’s a window into what’s possible. Like a trailer for your future.

When I first read that quote, it reminded me of the night I wrote my 3am List—sitting in the dark, scribbling dreams into a notebook that felt wild and far away at the time. But you know what? That list became my life.

And here’s the thing I want to remind you of this morning: If you can imagine it, you can start creating it.

So let’s start the week by letting our imagination run wild—just for a moment. Grab your journal, or just pause for a minute and ask yourself:

  • What’s something I’d LOVE to experience this year?
  • What would I create if I reallybelieved it was possible?
  • What if my imagination was showing me what’s next?

💡 Because it is.

Now, let me give you 3 simple, practical ways to work with your imagination this week—so you’re not just dreaming, you’re also doing.

1. Start Your Day with a Dream Preview

Before you reach for your phone, close your eyes for 60 seconds and visualise one dream you want to manifest. See it, feel it, smile like it’s already yours.

2. Write it Down, Daily

I know I say this all the time, but writing it down changes everything. Keep a little “dream log” this week—jot down what you’re imagining, no matter how big or small. This is how we make the invisible visible.

3. Act As If

Pick one tiny thing you can do today that your dream-future-self would do. Maybe it’s making that call. Saying yes. Or finally saying no. Small steps lead to big shifts.
