Kristina: Hi there and welcome back to another episode. Can you believe it? We are almost halfway through the year. Let that sink in for a moment. Six months down. Six month to go now. Maybe that fills you with pride. Maybe it stirs up some restlessness. Maybe it's a little confronting. Wherever you are right now, this episode is for you because it's time for a [00:02:00] midyear magic moment. A powerful pause to reset your routines and reignite those beautiful dreams of yours. Let's start by getting honest. No judgment here. Just curiosity. How are you really feeling?

Are your days filled with purpose or are you feeling a little stuck in autopilot? Have your routines been serving your energy and your dreams or draining them? And what about your dreams, the ones you've wrote down in your journal as a start of the year.

Are they still glowing bright or have they gone a little quiet? If you are anything like me, and there are many women in our dream life community, chances are you are somewhere in the messy middle, and that is absolutely okay. That's exactly [00:03:00] Why June is the Dreamer's secret weapon?

June is the perfect reset button. We are not waiting for January 1st. We are doing something much better. We are pressing pause now to recalibrate, to reflect, to gently let go of what is not working And to reimagine how we want the rest of this year to fail.

because here's the truth, the next six month can change everything, but not by accident, by intention, by alignment, by showing up one day at a time for the life you really want. This is your moment to reset your routines with purpose and realign your days with your dreams.

So let's move on. What you can do right now, here are three things that you can do this week to [00:04:00] begin your media magic reset. Number one, reflect with honesty. Open up your journal and ask yourself what's been working. And what hasn't and what do I need more of and what can I lovingly release?

Number two, revisit your dreams. Go back to the ones you wrote in January or write new ones. Your dreams are allowed to evolve and you are allowed to evolve.

Number three, redesign your routines, your habits, shape your days and your days shape your life. What's one small change that will make a big difference? It is not about doing more, it's about doing what matters. Now.
