I’ve been thinking a lot lately about purpose - how it quietly shapes the way we show up and how deeply it affects our sense of fulfilment.
We often chase productivity, balance, or the “next” milestone… but without purpose, those wins can feel strangely hollow.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing a simple, practical way to reconnect with what matters and start living more on purpose - right where you are.
Purpose isn’t a lightning bolt you wait for; it’s something you create through small, aligned choices.

Kristina: Hi there, and welcome back to another episode. Today I want to talk about something at the heart of a meaningful life: purpose. We often chase success, happiness, or balance, but without a strong sense of purpose, those things can feel fleeting.
Purpose gives our lives direction. It’s the compass that guides us when life feels messy, uncertain, or overwhelming. It’s the secret ingredient to feeling deeply fulfilled.
Why does purpose matter? When you know why you’re doing something, the what and the how become clearer. Purpose helps us rise above challenges, stay motivated when things get tough, and—most importantly—live a life that feels aligned. Not just busy, but meaningful.
Purpose doesn’t have to be a big, world-changing mission. Sometimes it’s simply being intentional with how you show up each day—for yourself, your loved ones, and the people you serve.
Before I share a few tips, I want to say: you don’t just wake up one day having found your purpose. You create it. And as always, think progress, not perfection. You don’t need it all figured out. Once I started living my purpose, my life changed completely. I can’t imagine not doing something I love that aligns with who I am. It makes life exciting and deeply authentic.
Here are three tips to live with more purpose:
Tip 1: Reflect on what lights you up.
Ask yourself: When do I feel most alive? Which activities give me energy rather than drain it? These are powerful clues. Notice those moments, write them down, and look for patterns.
Tip 2: Align daily choices with your values.
Purpose is lived in small, everyday decisions. If family, creativity, or health are core values, ask: Do my actions reflect them? When your values and choices align, you experience a calm sense of peace and fulfilment.
Tip 3: Start where you are; use what you have.
Many people wait for the perfect time or plan. The truth: you can begin today. Purpose grows through action—step by step, choice by choice.
