#400 - 400 EPISODES!

I can hardly believe I’m saying this… episode 400!
When I recorded my very first show I had no idea where it would lead - or the beautiful community of dreamers and doers it would create.
Thank you for being here, whether this is your first listen or your 400th.
Today I’m reflecting on what truly lights me up and how it all connects to one mission: helping you design and live a life you love.
I take you behind the scenes of Dream Life Coaching, where I witness women take bold, beautiful steps toward their dreams every single week.
We talk Grow Book Club and the new Dream Business Book Club - turning ideas into action together - plus our Habit Club (because dreams become real through small, consistent daily actions).
I also share why I created our intimate Dream Life Retreats, and the joy of building The Dream Life Store after losing my first business.
It’s all part of a meaningful, aligned, deeply fulfilling life - not perfect, but true.
...and I finish with two gentle questions to guide your next step - because every big dream begins with one small move.
Pop your headphones in and let’s celebrate what you’re already living… and the next courageous step you’ll take today.
As always, I’d LOVE to hear what resonates with you from this episode and what you plan to implement after listening in.
So please share and let’s keep the conversation going in the Dream Life Podcast Facebook Group here.
Have a wonderful weekend …and remember, it all starts with a dream 💛

TRANSCRIPT:
Kristina: Hi there, and welcome back to Your Dream Life podcast. This is episode 400 — what an incredible milestone. When I recorded my first episode, I couldn’t have imagined the journey or the community it would create. Thank you for listening and for being here — whether it’s your first episode or you’ve been with me since the beginning. You’re part of something special: a community of dreamers and doers who believe in living with purpose and joy.
As I reflect on this 400th episode, I’m filled with gratitude. I’m living my dream life — not a perfect life (there’s no such thing), but a meaningful, aligned, deeply fulfilling one. I get to blend the things I love most — family, work, health, purpose, learning, travel, yoga, reading, and walking in nature — and create a life that feels true to who I am. That’s what this podcast is about: helping you design and live your dream life, whatever that looks like for you.
Today, I’m reflecting on our Dream Life community. First up: Dream Life Coaching. I’m inspired every week by the incredible people in our program. I see women take bold, beautiful steps toward their dreams — starting businesses, finding balance, building confidence, focusing on health and habits and goals, and reconnecting with who they truly are. The courage and transformation fill me with hope and joy. When you take time to dream, plan, and do, life changes in magical ways. To all my coaching students — thank you for inspiring me right back. It’s a blessing to log in every Monday, wherever I am in the world, and witness so much dreaming, doing, and honest conversation — the obstacles and the magic.
Our book clubs bring me so much joy because I love reading. We now have two. The Grow Book Club is about personal development. Each month we read a book that helps us stretch, reflect, and grow. It’s more than reading; it’s conversation, insight, action, and connection. I absolutely love it. We’ve also launched the Dream Business Book Club — the book club I wish I had when I started my first business. If you’re running a business, dreaming of one, or starting a side hustle, we dive into the best business books each month and turn ideas into action. It’s supportive, motivating, and empowering — and I have big plans for it. Books change lives, and reading in community makes it even more powerful. If this sounds exciting, I’ll link everything in the show notes. You can also head to yourdreamlifestartshere.com — everything is there.
Another favorite is our Habit Club, because dreams don’t happen by accident — they come to life through small, consistent, daily actions. Each month we focus on one new positive habit, and the ripple effect is incredible. When you change your habits, you change your life. I started Habit Club by dragging my friends and family along; now it’s a joy to be surrounded by people who genuinely want to be there. If that’s you, I’ll link it in the show notes.
Our Dream Life Retreats have become a special part of the business. The idea came because people asked why I love going away on my own — and what I do when I go. For me, solo retreats create space to think, dream, and reconnect with myself: time to reflect, journal, read, walk in nature, meditate, and plan around my dreams and goals. I created a small retreat experience to share that magic. Our retreats are intimate (10 people max) and beautiful — dedicated time to pause, reflect, dream, plan, and come home inspired and clear on next steps. Everyone who’s joined has loved it; it’s special to watch people leave lighter and happier.
Then there’s The Dream Life Store. After losing my first business, kikki.K — which was heartbreaking — I knew in my heart I had to create something again that brought inspiration and beauty to everyday life. So I started The Dream Life Store. It’s filled with my favorite products — especially journals, because I journal daily. We also have inspiring cards and gifts to help people dream, plan, and live intentionally. You can personalize your cards, and there’s inspiring wall art, T-shirts, mugs, and more to come. I never want to stop writing cards. There’s something special about putting pen to paper to express gratitude or encouragement — sending love into the world. It’s a beautiful act for the sender and meaningful for the receiver, especially because handwritten notes are so rare today. My vision is to build another globally loved stationery brand that inspires millions to live their dream life. I’m excited about this next chapter.
One of the great joys of living my dream life is traveling to speak on stages around the world and meeting inspiring people. I have so much to share, and I learn so much from other speakers. Many podcast guests come from books I read or people I meet while speaking and working. Each guest has taught me something about resilience, creativity, joy, and purpose. It’s a privilege to learn alongside you.
When I look at everything I get to do — coaching, book clubs, retreats, the store, keynotes, the podcast — I’m filled with gratitude. It all connects and flows from one mission: to inspire and empower you to live your dream life, whatever that looks like. The best part is I get to live my own dream life while helping others create theirs. That’s the ultimate joy. To you, my friend: thank you for listening and for dreaming; thank you for your feedback and suggestions; thank you for walking with me on this journey.
Here’s my gentle invitation: take a quiet moment and ask yourself, “What part of my dream life am I already living?” It’s powerful to reflect on that. Then ask, “What small step can I take today to move closer to the life I imagine?” Every big dream begins with one meaningful step — then another tomorrow, and another the next day. Keep going, and you’ll create your dream life. I’d love to hear your favorite episode out of the 400 — share it in our Dream Life podcast Facebook group (linked in the show notes).
Here’s to the next 400. When I started, I told Paul I’d rather open 20 stores than record that first episode — it was so uncomfortable. But when you do uncomfortable things, you grow. I kept going, and after about 50 episodes I felt much better. Now, at 400, it’s one of my favorite things to do — meeting lovely guests and listeners, and dreaming up topics I live and breathe. Here’s to the next 400 — and to you and your beautiful dream life. I’ll be back on Monday with another Monday Morning Motivation episode. See you then, and thank you so much.
