Hi there, and welcome back to another episode.

Today is the last Friday in January. The first month of 2026 is done. And I want to start by saying this clearly, because I know some of you need to hear it today. You haven’t failed. You are not behind. And you haven’t missed your chance.

If January didn’t go the way you hoped, if your big intentions quietly slipped into busy days, if you took time off, went on a family holiday, or life simply took over, that is okay.

Because today, I want to give you permission to start again. And not just start again, but start wisely. Let’s make February the new January.

A gentle reset.

Over many years of dreaming, doing, falling down, getting back up, and building habits that actually stick, I’ve learned something important. Real change doesn’t happen because the calendar flips to January first. It happens when you decide. When you pause. When you get honest. When you realign your days with the life you actually want to live.

February is a beautiful month for that. There is less noise, less pressure, and often more clarity. Maybe the kids are back at school. Maybe you’ve had a break. Maybe January simply wasn’t the fresh start you imagined. That’s okay. February can be.

Instead of asking, what should I fix right now, I want you to ask something more powerful. What do you want your life to look like in 2026?

Not what it should look like. Not what others expect. But your dream life. A life you choose and love.

Picture a normal day in 2026. Where do you wake up? What do you do first thing in the morning? How do you feel in your body? How do you spend your mornings? What are you proud of when you look back at the end of the year? And who have you become?

Your dream life is not about perfection. It is about becoming more you.

Dreams, goals, and habits need support systems. Dreams don’t come true because we think about them harder. They come true because we build lives that support them.

That’s where habits come in. Not extreme habits. Not all or nothing energy. I’m talking about small, gentle, repeatable habits that quietly shape your future.

Your habits are already creating your 2026. The question is, are they helping you or holding you back?

One habit can change everything. You don’t need to overhaul your whole life. You just need one habit that supports the future you are dreaming of. One habit that says, I matter. My dreams deserve time and space.

Maybe that habit is turning your phone off earlier at night. Maybe it’s not checking your phone first thing in the morning. Maybe it’s a weekly check in with yourself instead of pushing through.

Small does not mean insignificant. Small means sustainable. And sustainable is what works.

And you don’t have to do this alone.
