Hi there, and welcome back.Take a deep breath with me before we begin.

The Year of the Horse.

Just saying, it feels powerful.

Across cultures, the horse represents:

  • Freedom

  • Energy

  • Momentum

  • Courage

  • Independence

  • Forward movement

The horse does not tiptoe through life.

It runs.

But here is what I love about the horse.

It does not run randomly.

It runs with instinct.
With strength.
With direction.

And that is what this year is inviting you to do.

Not rush.
Not hustle yourself into exhaustion.

But move forward bravely and intentionally.

What The Year of the Horse Means for You

1. Momentum Over Motivation

Horses do not wait until they feel ready.

They move.

We often overcomplicate the dream life journey.

We wait to get started.
We wait for confidence.
We wait for perfect timing.

But momentum comes after you begin.

As I always say, dreams do not work unless you do.

This is a year for:

  • Starting before you feel fully ready

  • Taking imperfect action

  • Building small habits that compound

Progress. Not perfection.

2. Freedom Through Discipline

The horse symbolises freedom.

But real freedom comes from structure.

Think about it.

Financial freedom.
Time freedom.
Creative freedom.

They do not happen by accident.

They happen because you decided what you wanted and created a plan to move toward it.

This is the year to ask yourself:

What does freedom look like for me?
What daily disciplines would support that?

Small steps.
Every day.

That is how wild dreams become real.

3. Confidence in Motion

When you see a horse running across an open field, you do not see hesitation.

You see strength.
You see trust.

The Year of the Horse is not about shrinking.

It is about:

  • Backing yourself

  • Saying yes to aligned opportunities

  • Speaking your truth

  • Trusting your instincts

And here is the reminder.

Confidence does not arrive first.

It grows as you move.

What To Do This Year

Let us make this practical.

Choose Your Top Three Dreams

Not twenty-seven.

Three.

Clarity creates speed.

When you are clear, decisions become easier.
When you are unclear, everything feels overwhelming.

So many people move through a year without ever deciding what they truly want.

They react.
They respond.
They survive.

But they do not design.

That is why this week I am holding a beautiful workshop called:

Because before you can run like the horse, you need to know which direction you are running in.

The Shadow Side of Horse Energy

Every strength has a shadow.

The horse has enormous energy.

But if it runs without direction, it exhausts itself.

  • Chasing distractions

Movement without clarity is chaos.

Movement with clarity is power.

Clear on what matters.
Clear on what you are saying no to.
Clear on what 2026 gets to look like.
