Welcome back to Monday Motivation.

I am so glad you are here at the start of a brand new week, full of possibility.

Before we begin, take one breath. In through your nose and out.
That simple pause creates clarity.

I recently came across a quote that stayed with me:

"The mind is like water. When it is turbulent, it is difficult to see. When it is calm, everything becomes clear."

Think about a glass of water. When shaken, it becomes murky. When still, it becomes clear.

Our minds work the same way.

Most women I work with are not lazy or unmotivated. They are capable, driven and caring. Yet many feel a constant sense of rushing. A feeling of always being slightly behind.

You might recognise this.

You move through your week, ticking things off, yet at the end you wonder where the time went.

That is a turbulent mind.

Presence is not about slowing down or doing less. It is what makes everything work better.

When your mind is calm, you make better decisions. You focus on what matters. You become more intentional.

I have experienced this myself. In busy seasons, I achieved a lot but felt disconnected. In calmer seasons, where I created space, I achieved even more and felt more alive.

A calm mind is not passive. It is powerful.

This week, try something simple.

Once a day, before checking your phone or emails, take two minutes to sit quietly and breathe.

Ask yourself: What matters most today?

Write it down.

Move into your day from clarity, not noise.

This small habit can change everything.

I remember a time when I was building kikki.K. Everything felt urgent. Then, sitting on a plane with nowhere to go and nothing to do, clarity arrived. The answers were always there. I just needed stillness to see them.

Stillness is something we can create.

As you begin this week, picture a glass of still water. Clear and calm.

That clarity is available to you now.

You are not behind. You simply need space to see clearly.

This week, settle the water.
