Welcome back to another episode. Happy Monday. I am so glad you are here, making space for yourself at the start of a brand new week.

I want to open with a quote I absolutely love from the 13th-century Persian poet Rumi:
“Listen to silence. It has so much to say.”

This quote is our starting point because most of us feel uncomfortable with silence. In that discomfort, we may be missing something important.

When was the last time you sat in complete silence? Not while falling asleep or during a guided class. I mean true silence, just you and your thoughts. For most of us, that moment is rare.

Our days are full. Notifications, responsibilities, conversations, and constant stimulation. Somewhere in all of that, we lose connection with the quiet voice inside us. The voice that knows what we truly want.

Rumi lived in a very different world, yet he understood that silence is not empty. It is where the real conversation begins. The conversation with yourself.

I was not always good at this. When building my first business, I thrived on noise and urgency. Silence felt unproductive. But I was missing something important.

Now, I protect my silence. Each morning, I sit with my coffee in complete quiet. No phone, no distractions. It may only be five minutes, but it brings clarity.

I also practise morning pages. I write freely to clear mental noise so something more meaningful can emerge.

Silence reveals three powerful things.
First, it shows you what you are truly feeling.
Second, it reveals what you genuinely want.
Third, it often brings answers you have been searching for.

Silence is not passive. It is where you process, reconnect, and dream.

You do not need hours. Just a few minutes a day.

Here are three simple ways to practise silence this week:
Take five minutes in the morning before your phone.
Go for a walk without distractions.
Reflect on one thought or feeling before bed.

Small daily practices build your dream life.

The most important voice is often the quietest one. Yours.

Listen to it this week. You might be surprised by what you hear.

If you feel called to go deeper, our Dream Life Coaching Program is closing today. You can explore it at dreamlifestarthere.com.

Thank you for being here. Have a beautiful week.
