Podcast #100: MY 20 LIFE LESSONS

This is special day for me with the release of my podcast episode number 100! 

It’s such a milestone - and it all started by me asking myself one of my own questions -> What would I do if I knew I couldn’t fail? 

To be honest, I’d wanted to start a podcast but had been held back by self-doubt. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do it well enough. That my second language English wasn’t good enough. That my little creative mind would be too scattered. That I would sound terrible… you know, the usual stuff we can sometimes tell ourselves when growth is calling!!!

Fortunately, once I caught myself, it didn’t take me too long to draw on my previous experience managing thru self-doubt.  I reframed it as being something potentially valuable for others – so it wasn’t about me - and I decided to ‘just start’.  Embracing my mantra of ‘progress not perfection!’.

Well, here we are, 100 episodes later and just short of one million downloads in over 160 countries!! Yes I feel a little tinge of pride, and overwhelmingly I feel gratitude that thru my podcast I’ve been able to somewhat deliver on my purpose of inspiring and empowering people the world over to live their dream life.

…and thanks to the thousands of people who write to me often to thank me for inspiring them via my podcast.  It’s for the betterment of you all that I do this - week in and week out.

Oh yes, and we have some amazing guests coming up. So stay tuned. 

In today’s episode 100, I’m sharing 20 of my life lessons. 

I hope by sharing them that there will be a few things that you can try or do to help you create your own Dream Life – whatever that means for you.
