Hi there, and welcome back to another Monday morning Motivation episode. I’m here to give you a loving nudge and a spark of inspiration as you start your week.
You’ve probably heard this quote before:
"Plan your work and work your plan."
It’s simple, powerful, and if you live by it — truly — it’s life-changing.
Let’s unpack it together.
Step one: Plan your work.
Before anything else.
If you’ve been listening for a while, you know I always say: dream big — then get it on paper. That’s where the magic starts.
You may know this already, but I started with a simple 3 a.m. list. Just me, a piece of paper, and one question:
What do I want for my life?
I scribbled some dreams down. At the time, they felt wild and far away. But those scribbles became the blueprint for everything I’ve created since.
And the same can happen for you.
Planning your work means taking those big, bold dreams and breaking them down. Not just once a year in January — but every quarter.
That’s why I want to gently challenge you today.
We’re heading into the last quarter of 2025 — can you believe it?
So here’s a powerful question:
What do you want to be celebrating by the end of this year?
Now is the time to get clear and plan for it.
Step two: Work your plan.
Planning is beautiful - and I truly love it. But let’s be honest, the magic only happens when you take consistent, intentional action.
That’s where most people fall off.
We plan, then life gets busy. We lose momentum. Sound familiar?
Here’s the truth:
You don’t have to be perfect.
You just need to keep showing up.
That’s why I love quarterly planning. Every 90 days, we reset, refocus, and recommit.
You don’t need to have everything figured out - just your next few steps. And when life throws you off (because it will), you’ll have a clear plan to return to.
This September, I’ll be walking through my own quarterly planning process inside the Dream Life Coaching Program. And if you’d love to join me, I’d truly love to see you there.
It’s something that has changed my life - and the lives of many women in our community.
