I've always found this to be a useful exercise to do - at least every year but usually more often.
Particularly after I've completed my 101 Dreams exercise and decided where I want to focus - and I'm starting to move into action and planning to be productive with the limited time we all have.
It's so very helpful for me to take time to brainstorm all of the things I want to STOP doing. Writing a long list - without thinking too deeply - which I then edit later.
Then moving on to brainstorm all of the things I want to START. Similarly, writing a long list - without thinking too deeply - which I then edit and refine later.And then moving on to reflect on and list all of the important things I already do which I want to CONTINUE doing.
